Shipping Policy

As we work with numerous different shipping agents, and we always endeavour to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, we cannot specify which agent will deliver the product(s) until after the order is placed and payment has cleared. Upon confirmation of your order, Innovanti will inform you of such, as well as the agent tasked with delivery of goods or the collection point, if collection has been chosen. Even after choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, Innovanti reserves the right to change the shipping method and/or agent to one that is more beneficial to the Customer, in terms of convenience, lead time, etc.


Delivery Time and Date

You will be able to specify a delivery date that suits you best, and Innovanti will endeavour to schedule delivery on the specified date. Please note, however, that even though Innovanti will attempt to deliver on the requested date, Innovanti cannot guarantee delivery on the specified date and goods may arrive sooner or later. This is due to numerous factors, such as stock availability.

Deliveries are usually made on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 and on Saturdays between 08:00 and 13:00. Deliveries are not usually made on Sundays and Public Holidays, unless stated otherwise, as in the case of special circumstances or promotions.

Please arrange that you are available to accept your purchase. Should you not be available, ensure that you have given someone permission to accept the delivery on your behalf. Should you or someone else not be available to receive your package, you may be charged an additional fee for subsequent delivery attempts.


Delivery Areas


Innovanti delivers to registered customers within specified delivery areas. If we do not deliver to your area, you can arrange for collection, or you can contact us to see if an alternative arrangement can be made.


Delivery Confirmation

Shipping Insurance

Free Shipping Insurance (up to product value of R1000) is included with every door-to-door courier delivery. This excludes Store-to-Door, Store Pickup or Pickup options.
